Help with Misdemeanor

What is the name of your state? Virginia

Ok when i was a juvenille i was caught shoplifting from the local wal-mart...i'll fell under the first offence program and my records were cleared.

recently being 18 i was caught shoplifting again. now, i know my criminal records wont show me shoplifting the first time but will wal-mart know i have done it before? also, what advise would you offer for me in my situation at court and what to ask/apply for?

and before i get ridiculed for what i have done, i'm sorry, i tried to steal something that costs $11 and i don't know why or anything...and i'm ready for my punishment and understand my consequences...i just want to know my best route to take and if wal-mart knows i've attempted twice.
