What is the name of your state? California
my husband is serving a parole violation for an old drug charge. When he was arrested a girl who was mad at him and turned him in made a police report that said he burglarized a home. he was a guest in this house before, but he is not a thief and they have no eveidence. can they detain him at the end of his current sentence??::(

Do you see how EASY it is to catch stupid criminals.

Letting someone KNOW he was Violating his parole.

So...was the girl was mad because he wasn't going to leave you for her.

Gee Zappy, maybe you should not judge if you dont have all the facts. your response had nothing to do with the question. he did not tell anyone he was violating parole, he is very intelligent, his drug charge was a long time ago. it is clear to me my husband is not the stupid one here. thanks anyway
