Help... underage possesion

What is the name of your state? Ohio
I am 19 years old and i am on probation ok here is what happened
I was at a concert with a friend who is 21, we were walking to the bath room and her shoe broke so she handed me her beer to hold while she fixed her shoe and as i was holding the beer an undercover cop asked me for my ID. I gave it to him and i explained that the beer wasnt mine but i have to go to court now for possesion. What should i do? and can i get out of it because the copy of my report does not have my signature and my age is wrong on the papers. Should i pled not guilty and try to get out of it?

Possession does not mean onwership. You were underage, you were holding the beer, you are guilty.

I would imagine any judge would just say you could have said no to your friend when she asked......sounds guilty
