If the police lied on the arrest warrant is this helpful in the trail?
If they lied about your weight, it probably won't help you very much.

That depends ... can you prove they offered up a knowing and intentional falsehood? Please note that an error is not a lie.

And ... an arrest warrant is issued by a judge, and applied for by a prosecutor ... what did the police do that was a "lie"?

if youve gotten as far as a trial, then you know by now, the cops and courts can do whatever they want. Best advice, concentrate on the evidence that proves your innocence and not technicalities that dont. However, if you dont raise the issue now, you may not be able to reserve it for future possible proceedings. I.E.- judgement of aquittal, arrest of conviction, or appeal.

And to the jackasses who like to have a good laugh at others expense- go back to bankruptcy court.

If only that were true. Well, courts can do most of what they want, but the cops? We only WISH we could do whatever we wanted.

Is yours the best advice there is, or merely the best you can offer?

I am not trying to offend you in the least, but it is apparent that English is quite possibly NOT your first language. With that in mind, you will absolutely need the aid of an attorney representing you or things may get "lost in translation", as it were, during your court proceedings.
