undefinedWhat is the name of your state?Washington .Question for the forum. A question to pose to others.I have a female friend of mine who has been verbally accused of supposedly stalking a guy that lives in her apartment building, but on a different floor than she lives on.She has lived in her building since May of 2000,the guy has lived there since June 2000.He has told her repeated times that he wants her to stay off his doorstoop. He claims she is stalking him,by watching for him at night when he comes home from work, meeting him downstairs by the elevator, and always calling him up numerous times on the phone. He has even threaten her that he will get a restraining order against her if she doesn't leave him alone. My friend likes this guy and doesn't want to see him leave the building, and he doesn't want to move out, gosh,he can't really afford to do so,but what can she do.What can he do?She wants to know if the idea of placing herself under house arest might be a good idea to avoid him and maybe stop all this pain that is being caused. Here's the catch they both go to the same church and attend a Bible Study group. What do you make of this and what should they both do individually to avoid any further incidents from accuring, such as physical jail time?
