What is the name of your state? IOWA

One simple misdemonear case is filed and it is under process. My full name is not mentioned into police / court records. It is first name middle name is there in police / court records and surname is missing. But my pasport / immigration docs contains My full name e.g. First name + middle name + last name.

Will it required to change / correct my name in police / court records ? Whats is the procedure to correcr the same in polic / court records ?
