how do you work this thing i have a question

What is the name of your state?ny the dea came into my home and found marijuana. they were following a person was had just left, now they didnt have a search warrant when they came in they didnt even know the address they were at i had to give it to them. now is the grounds to get the case thrown out?

Why did the cops search?

Did you give them consent to search?
