I need help. I need to know how to file motions, in criminal misdemeanor case. I have the motion forms filled out and signed and have deliver copies to the State Attorney office, but don't I have to file the motions with the court, and if so, how do I do this. Can anyone help me? THANKS!:confused: :confused:
