How likely is it that my home will get searched?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I am a minor at the time of the incident and right now. I am 16 years old.

Roughly 7 to 8 months ago, the local police contacted my parents about a credit card duplication machine that had been fraudulently purchased on ebay and sent to my house in my name. The local police department is relatively small and in a quiet community, a community with only roughly 4,000 people in it. The department told my parents about the situation and to bring me into custody on monday to interview me. My parents didn't go for that and instead chose to get me a lawyer.

I haven't spoken to the lawyer in about 6 months, but he told me that they most likely didn't have a good case against me, and they haven't prosecuted me or even contacted me or my parents in 6 months.

I am curious what you guys think the chances are of them raiding my house and taking my computer/other items of mine into custody after 6 months of no contact. Thanks.

there is no way to know. For all we know, they may have your computer bugged already and are watching everything you are doing. You'll just have to wait it out.

No one can say ... they may just be biding their time before they strike. It sounds like they have enough at least for a search warrant. So, maybe the matter resolved itself, maybe they passed it on to higher state or federal authorities, or perhaps they just don't care.
