That depends? How did they request them and from whom?

Just asking for them in a phone call might take forever ... or, never. Seeking them through subpoena could take some time - days to months, depending on the nature of the records and the company.

dont really know, all i know is i talked to a detective and he said "if when i get the phone records back and youre the only one he spoke to, i'm going to talk to the prosecutor..." and so on
