What is the name of your state?Harrisonburg Virginia....

I am wanting to know what i need to prepare for my case for seized cash.....1,110 $$$$ was seized from me when i knocked on a friends door and they were ggetting raided....Although i was not in posession of any drugs or arrrested for anything i was still handed a reciept for my money and sent on my way....I have got a letter stating the case is tuesday and i called the clerk at the courts and they tell me to prepare an answer form for the judge...I am totally confused to what that means exactly.....This cash is mine and my gorls and we have bank staements two reciepts from local church for helping out with deposit on my new water bill and i have a note stating my mother had to lend me 600 bux for cost of living and rent.....Can ne1 help me with what i will need to prepare for this judge in order to get back money for this.....Thank You In Advance
