I Need Help ASAP

What is the name of your state? Indiana
This all occured in the state of Indiana I am currently in Florida.
I was put on probation for a class A misdomener the terms where that I had 270 days probation pay my fines and take a class once the class was complete I no longer had to report to my probation officer. I completed my class on than I moved out of state. I know that I wasn't suppose to but, everytime I tried to reach my probation officer i couldn't so i just left. Now it has been a little over a month and I am worried that there maybe a warrant for my arrest. My question is will they came down here to get me? Is the warrant just going to be if I get pulled over than i will go to jail? How do I find out if there is a warrant? and what do I do? I know what I did was wrong but, I really just wanted to get away. The other day there was a car that was just sitting 2 houses down from mine with 2 men in it just looking this way it really scared the crap out of me. I have 2 small children and I need to handle this the right way without going to jail. my kids have noone eles but me, so if it mean i have to ran to avoid jail than that is what I have to do. PLEASE can some one give me really advice. Thank you in advance.

Based on your post, it appears that you have violated your probation.

Q1)"Now it has been a little over a month and I am worried that there maybe a warrant for my arrest.
A1) It appears from your post, that you have violated your probation (you also don't say if you paid the fine). A bench warrant has very probably been (or will be) issued.

Q2) "My question is will they came down here to get me?"
A2) Though they could come and get you, it would be highly unlikely. And less likely for a misdemeanor.

Q3) "Is the warrant just going to be if I get pulled over than i will go to jail?"
A3) Very probably. Normal procedure has the warrant eventually entered into the NCIC computer system. Then, if you are processed (pulled over in traffic, for a violation, renew your license, call for police assistance, etc.), it is possible that they will get a 'hit' on you. If that happens, you will be taken to the local 'facility' and the issuing agency will be contacted to verify the warrant and to determine if they want you held or released.

Q4) "How do I find out if there is a warrant?"
A4) You could contact the original court or police where the warrant was issued. Or you could hire someone (attorney, PI, etc.) to determine for you.

Q5) "and what do I do?"
A5) Accept the fact that you have a problem that needs to be resolved. Then, accept the consequences of YOUR actions and take care of it.

Q6) "I know what I did was wrong but, I really just wanted to get away."
A6) Sorry, but no excuse... and it doesn't 'jive' with your post where you claimed "everytime I tried to reach my probation officer i couldn't so i just left."

Q7) "I have 2 small children and I need to handle this the right way without going to jail."
A7) You were almost right in this sentence. The problem is, you may very well go to jail. You should have thought of the repercussions when you decide to walk.

Q8) "my kids have noone eles but me, so if it mean i have to ran to avoid jail than that is what I have to do."
A8) Well, you had me going there... up to now. The fact that you have children should have been foremost in your thinking when you had an opportunity to resolve this with minimal dispruption. You decided to risk it all when you ran.... and now you have to accept YOUR consequences.

"PLEASE can some one give me really advice. Thank you in advance."
You're welcome.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

I am truly thankful for all you help. Yes all my fines are paid. There is a very important reason that I left the state and also a important reason that my children have no one eles I dd not want to post this but I will to clear up somethings please I think I owe you that for your help. I left from a very abusive husband. I had a order of protection against him and it did no good. In Indianapolis the jails are so over crowded that the police would give him a summons and let him go this happened on 5 different occations. I know that is no reason to leave the state and I know that it was very childish to do so, but I could at the time only see my safety and my childrens safety first. I am sorry if that is wrong but I have no family and had no where to turn. When I say no family sure there are cousins that I do not know and a uncle that leaves in Germany. But my mother pasted away 4 years ago and I have never met my father plus I was my mothers only child so it is really hard to turn to someone for help. I am not trying to make myself look better but, I did what I had to do. Now I made my bed and I have to lay in it. Thank you for your help. I truly mean that.
