My fiance is having problems with his xwife and the man she is living with. We have custody of my fiance's daughter and her mom only has supervised visitations which this "boyfriend" attends. We heard there was an outstanding warrant out for him in the state of North Carolina for Assault and Battery. Is there a way we can find this out legally?
