I received a summonsI was outside of a deli, talking to a friend. A few minutes later, a police van came over, and asked us for our student IDs. He wrote us both summons, for violation of 240.20 sub 6 in NYC. What is the punishment for this violation? Also, will this stay on my record? I am 16 years old. |
