Illegal search and seizure

What is the name of your state? Washington

Are there any actions available to me to take against the police if I were arrested two separate times and charged with felony drug possesion charges each time, by the same cops, the same police department, and both were thrown out by two different judges because the cops illegally searched and seized me?

An administrative complaint made with the department that employs the officer or a civil action against the officers and the department.

Civil action = lawsuit
