illegal searches

in ca, specifically sf at the airport a minor who was reported missing allegedly to see an older man in contact with on the internet was detained after boarding an international flight. The minor's cabin baggage and purse were taken in as evidence handed to the FBI's Crimes against Children division from the SF airport police bureau and illegally searched without the consent of the minor, have not been returned for 13 days. The computer of the household is requested to be searched as evidence according to the FBI. Is any of the aforementioned legal and to what extent? What are the consequences of the minor is to look forward to and what can possibly happen to the older man if there was no physical contact with the minor and nothing explicit on the computer if searched?

My response:

Why are you wondering what will "happen to the older man if there was no physical contact with the minor and nothing explicit on the computer if searched?"

With the new "Homeland Security Act", the Feds don't need a search warrant for the suitcases and purse of the minor. The Constitution has been "placed on hold".
