What is the name of your state?Virginia, I was charged with 2 charges in Virginia that are pending but have not went to court. While reviewing my summons and arrest warrant I noticed that the personal information is innacurate, including date of birth and social security number. How does this affect my case?

If you are indeed the person who is wanted, then it will not affect your case at all.

If you are not the person who is wanted, then you had better say something quickly.

By the way, a summons is an invitation to come to court; a warrant is when you are arrested plus an invitation to come to court.
