This situation is happening in Arizona. I have a friend who just received a letter from the State Att. Gen.-Drug Enforcement/violent crimes section-notifying him that 5 months ago there was a wire, oral and electronic communication being intercepted at his house and it lasted 4 months. 1st ??- could this case /investigation still be going on? He has a reference #, so should he contact the Att. Gen.? Does he need to get a lawyer if contact is to be made? And could this "interception" still be going on even though the letter said it ended 5 months ago?
Thanks so much for your time.
Anxiously Awaiting!
