I've been Charged with assault cousing bodly harm, here's what happened

Canada, Ontario

Drunk guys where making noise in my hall way banging on the door across from me and my girlfriend asked them to stop as she was walking back in one guy said something to her so I ran out and was yelling and threating the guys to leave or I was going ot kick thier asses one guy grabbed my neck and tried to tackle me and I punched him 3 time and he hit the ground then I punched him once more and then left 3 days later I was charged, do you think I should fight it with no lawyer ? I'm going to try but do you think I will get jail time ?

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
