What is the name of your state?
Wyoming

Is it legal to photograph a juvenile during the course of a police investigation of a possible crime and to have the juvenile record a statement at the police station without notifying a parent or parents?
The juvenile did consent to these requests. I guess a better question is, can the juvenile legally give consent?

"The juvenile is 17."
*** Then yes, the 'juvenile' certainly has the 'mental ability' to know right from wrong and to talk with the police.
