kentucky warrant law

Can a person living in Indiana be picked up on a warrant from Kentucky that is issued for failure to appear for arraignment in circuit court or will the warrant only be valid if picked up in Kentucky?

a warrant is a warrant is a warrant... You get picked up in Indiana for anything they run your name and back to KY you go... (depending on the crime you can take KY either way )
