KY expungement

What is the name of your state?Kentucky
If convicted of a felony (1 charge-drug related, non-violent) and received a suspended sentence, and completed 2 years of supervised and unsupervised probation, is one eligible for expungement under KY law? This happened over 30+ years ago at the age of 18. NOT ONE other arrest, conviction for misdemeanor or felony, warants, or anything other than a speeding ticket in ANY other state since that conviction back in 1972. Would I be eligible for expungement? And if so, how do I go about it? Contact what officials in the State Attorney's Office? Does a pardon or "sealing" apply in this case? Thanks for any advice and guidance.

It is my understanding that currently Kentucky does not allow expungement of a felony conviction. However, that may change as there is a bill presented (don't know current status) that would allow expungement of certain felony's. More on this can be found at:
