Law Enforcementin the state of arizona, if a corrections officer is arrested, fingerprinted, for possession of meth & drug paraphanalia, BUT, goes through a drug rehabilitaion program, is not charged, but is dismissed from his job, will he ever be eligible to work for the department of corrections or for law enforcement in the future? |

| there are no set rules. soms, probably most government agencies will shy away from someone with a blotch like that on their permanant record. even though he was never charged, i'll lay odds that it is listed as the reason for his dismissal. if he still has a carrying permit, he may find work in the private sector more lucrative at this point |
