You need to be more specific in your question. Just because they suspended your learner's permit isn't going to get you arrested if that's what you are asking...

Plus, if you have no learner's permit then you won't be driving anyway... and with a learner's permit you can only drive with a licensed person in the car and other restrictions... so what axactly are you asking
