Minnesota

Can law enforcement officers legally enter my apartment to conduct a court ordered curfew check on my 44 year old girlfriend?

That depends ... what does the court order say? Is her stated address the same as yours?

Why does she have officers checking on her "curfew"?

Yes, her stated address is the address of my apartment, even though this is not her permament address.
Not sure why the officers are checking on her "curfew". The night they came here they gave me this as a reason for being here and then let themselves (bardged) into my apartment without my permission.
???????

Well, then it would appear you have a couple of choices: Accept it - as she has this condition of probation; or, tell her to move out.

As long as you share a residence with her and she is subject to search, they can come when they wish.
