Letters rogatory TX

What is the name of your state? TX

Is there anything in the Texas statutes that prevents the Grand Jury testimony of out-of state witnesses, who are subpoenaed by the state, be taken by letters rogatory or deposition?

If possible, please advise on section or chapter.
