Long short story #2

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA & CA

OK, last year was a bad year.

I plead guilty to 2 DUI (DRUG) CHARGES IN 2 seperate counties in Georgia.

DATE OF 1ST OFFENSE- 5/08 - DATE OF DISPOSITION 2/09
DATE OF 2ND OFFENSE- 7/08 - DATE OF DISPOSITION 1/09

*I had the first case continued as my 2nd suspension because that particular county was much more leanent then if i had reieved them in order.

OK, 1ST OFFENSE $800 FINE TOTAL+ 40 HOURS COM.SERVICE +DUI SCHOOL.
2ND OFFENSE $800 FINE + 240 HOURS COM.SERVICE + 10 DAYS JAIL.

But inbetween the time of my actual arrests and there sentences, I had moved to California for a "break" before my other 2 cases in ga . While in cali in september i was arrested for PENAL CODE 647(f)D-INTOXICATED IN PUBLIC. My court date was scheduled at the same time as my 2 cases in ga during the first of the year. Due to my absence in Cali. i had a P.D. appear for me and was ordered 3 YEARS PROBATION (JUST CALLING IN, NO REPORTING) PLUS 10 NA MEETINGS & 120 OUTPATIENT REHAB PROGRAM.

I have been in GA meeting with 2 probate officers in 2 counties twice a month. This past month upon my 2nd visit I failed a drug screen (thc), and was given a hearing revocation court date 2 days later. I didnt have a ride (no license), so i'm sure i've been given a bench warrant. I need advice just perhaps if I were to leave ga and go back to cali to complete those court duties and put off my 2 convictions in ga > what are the chances of extradition back to ga for my bench warrant plus future probation violation failure to appear for my 2nd meeting this month?

I KNOW IT'S A TRAGIC MESS.. BUT I NEED SOME HELP.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

And this year isn't much better, as it appears you have a broken keyboard. Edit your post to get rid of the all caps.

Was that really your sentence? Are you sure it wasn't something like 10 days in jail with 10 suspended for the first one and 90 days in jail with 80 suspended for the second? Were these convictions for misdemeanors or a felony?

By failing to live up to the terms of your sentence, your probation is being revoked and you will have a warrant for your arrest. Ansd of course don't expect to ever get a drivers license. With your inability to stay out of trouble, this could be a major problem.

Every time the police arrest you or ticket you for something in CA, they will see your arrest warrants. This means that CA could hold you in jail until GA decides whether or not to extradite you. That's each time you are contacted by the police in CA.
