What is the name of your state? TX

A business associate currently manages a Party room that is available for rental.

This Room operates under a Commercial Amusement Permit. This Venue has been rented out for a large number of over nite events, including charity dances.

The City first started writing tickets to the groups renting the venue, for failing to get a special event permit, basically a single event dancehall permit, because they collected money at the door. He inquired about getting a Dancehall Permit with an Afterhours permit. He were told that the permits would not pass to his Renters.

3 weeks before the court date, Vice returned and started writing tickets to the manager, Some of which were "At Large Tickets" mailed to his home, Their statement was, "We changed our minds, you are the one who has to have the permit".

He chose to go to court, with the charity that received 2 of the tickets, to try and get a ruling. The charity didn't show for the court date.

He was told, by Vice, to get the permit, and proceeded to get the background paperwork in order. He was informed of the "At Large Tickets" and was expecting them in the mail, so he could set a court date.

A constable came to the door of his house, and delivered to his wife a Warrant for "Lude and lascivious" behavior. This was an erroneous Ticket and should have been for a dancehall permit. Both he and his Lawyer tried to contact the Detective who wrote the ticket, after 2 weeks, he was able to contact other Vice officers who arranged for this Detective to call him back. In the mean time 2 of those Dancehall Tickets had also gone to warrant by a couple of days. The Detective personally walked him to the clerk, so he could set a court date. He had to pay those tickets because they went past 21 days, which automatically ment he was guilty.

2 months and the Lude and lascivious warrant is still on his record. The City Attorney has Threatened to Sue him for thousands, because he paid those 2 tickets, admitting he was guilty. He has been forced to close, to prevent being Sued. The city he lives in, (a Different City) wants him to register as a sex offender, and he lives to close to a school, so he might be forced to move.
