magistrate court..vs district court...indictment

What is the name of your state? texas

son in custody 3 months.. case in magistrate court.. not indicted...

attorney wants him to plea guilty... he doesnt want that.. is it true.>

if he pleas not guilty..will they automatically indict him?
and it will go to district court??

attorney seem to want to just get it out of the way...

no plea bargaining at all..yet

is it better to get a better plea in district court?

why havent they indicted him YET??
