Maranda Rights

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Hampshire

the ploice came to my house told me another town police department wants to talk to you. Called them up went up the next day ..they questioned me and said i was under arrest for simple assult. Was never read my Maranda rights ...is this good for me ?

Since you voluntarily went to the cops, then you can hardly claim your Miranda Rights were violated.

If you had been arrested first then you would have needed to be Mirandized before questioning. Next time, GET A LAWYER
