mARANDIZED ONCE-IS THAT enuf?

What is the name of your state [font=Century Gothic]Michigan I am a Canadian who,the other day,was pulled aside for a secondary check at the border of Michigan, as I was entering the USA from Canada.I sat in my car patiently and talked small talk with one of the customs officer's as I was awaiting to enter the garage to have myself and car searched.I had NO inkling that my life was about to change in a few minutes because of some jerk's obtuse and puerile mind.I have a disability sticker on my car window cause i broke my back when I was 15 and now take oxycontin and morphine pills. The pills i take cost $4000.00 every month and i have to take 15 every day so what I usually do (instead of carrying 5 bottles of pills around with me is to mix all of them in 1 bottle and have about 3 or 4 days dosages on me at all times.(sounds logical to me...ladies have their litlle pill jars,a lot of elders have those plastic reminder trays and i have this)..well,they bring me in and mirandize me and tell me it is against the law to not have their pills in their proper container(I am now barred from entry to the USA for 5 years cause I'm a threat to ya'll)They called my pharmacy and even verified my pills.Anyway this gormless moron handed me over to the local police to finish the job. They jailed me overnite and charged me BUT they never did marandize me.Did they have to?The Feds did but the locals didn't!Do I have some sort of loophole where I can fight these silly people??--thanks,G P.S. I am 53 years old and never have been in jail nor do I have a record

ONce you were given your miranda rights that was enough. You don't have to be reminded every five minutes.

In the U.S. we assume (obviously wrongly in this case) that adults can think.

um

Well, I will give you 10 bucks CANADIAN to stop using that word Puerile... and to stop actually acting it out.

You got your answer. Once should be enough... though.. hmm thinking with all those meds in your body, they might have thought to do it a few more times to have it sink in.

Its spelled Mirandize
.Mi·ran·dize ( P ) Pronunciation Key (m-rndz)
tr.v. Slang Mi·ran··dized, Mi·ran··diz·ing, Mi·ran··diz·es
To inform (a suspect) of his or her legal rights: “ [The police] Mirandized the... kid again, and pinned the Miranda card to his sheet” (Carsten Stroud).

Dictionary.Com
Oops that was childish of me...
