meaning

What is the name of your state? md

What do these mean? I found them as new charges on my ex's criminal charges.

Looks like he violated his probation/parole and they've issued a warrant for his arrest.

yeh, but what is BSET? Bail set???? That's the only thing I can see. And then there is zero's... meaning set at nothing.

I would guess that HWOB means hold without bail (or bond).
Don't expect to see him soon if he's arrested.
