Military Search Warrant

What is the name of your state? California

I currently live on Camp Pendleton in OCeanside, California. My house has been searched by NCIS, but I believe that they took items that have nothing to do with my case, being letters written in Boot Camp. They are accusing me of hurting a child that I babysat and are trying to prove that I had a naffair with the mother. I did not know her back then so I know there is nothing in those letters related to her. What are my rights and what should I do?

You need a lot more legal advice than can be given on this forum. You need to contact your base legal department or a civilian attorney asap.

Military doesnt need a search warrant to search on bases homes.

Sorry...

Maybe I was thinking staff judge advocate... I've been out too long, I guess, to remember all the acronyms. Go get legal help on base right away.
