Minor in Possession while driving

What is the name of your state? Washington

Pulled over because my car matched the description of a car in a crime, was not me though. Found 50$ worth of beer in the back. I am 18 years of age and I have a clean record. What are the chances of my license getting suspended for a year? Court date is 4 days away. Should i get a Lawyer?

It depends on how well the officer articulates his reasoning for pulling you over, but matching the discription of a stolen vehicle just might be admissible.
By the way, was the alcohol in plain site? or did the officer have to search your vehicle? If it was in plain that will hurt you. Also, that's kinda stupid on your part.
