mip trouble

i live in midland michigan and i was at a party at a friends apartment. A fight had broke out in the parking lot of the apartments and the cops were called. By the time the cops had arrived everyone was gone. i was there waiting for my friend to return home and some guy had walked in to the home uninvited and allowed the cops to come in and the homeowner wasnt even home. The cops searched the home. They asked for id's and gave all the minors a breath test. i was the only minor to get a MIP which would be my fourth. When they handed me my ticket my address and driver license number was wrong. and i was just wondering what to do?

Quit drinking underage would be a start. What statute were you charged with?

You are looking at a fine up to 500 dollars, community service, alcohol screening, and substance abuse screening at your own expense.

And maybe look into a course in "Pattern Recognition".

Getting your fourth MIP may make a judge think twice about normal sentencing.
