Miranda Rights

What is the name of your state? /Wisconsin

When arrested for Domestic Battery, Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct and the person arrested is a minor (age 17), are they to be read their Miranda Rights?

That depends on the program you are watching, which day it is broadcast and whether or not it's a rerun.

Now, would you like to give us some facts?

Ex Boyfriend was at his relatives home.
She over to retrieve some of her items that were not returned.
Ex-Boyfriend laughed at her
Argument incurred, she went in house and slapped ex-boyfriend.
Police was called and 17 year old was arrested.
No statement of incident was given by 17 year old when arrested to police on her behalf
Police on following day wants father of 17 year old to get statement from her and turn into police department.

Nothing at all wrong here except the girl needs to learn to keep her hands to herself.

When searched by Police, since she is a female, doesn't a female officier need to do the search? Male officier placed hands in her pants pockets, front and back when searching.
