What is the name of your state? Michigan

I was arrested under charge of Furnish alcohol to minors

I was cuffed and detained. But never questioned

he never at any point read me my miranda rights

is this a violation?

I heard it woudlnt have been if they didn't detain me but thats a technicality.

You know, we have a "search" button up top. Use it!!

Miranda rights only apply to arrest plus interrogation. So they did not have to read them to you since they did not interrogate you.
