What is the name of your state? Washington State
I was convicted of 4th deg assault in the state of Washington.
It is a misdemeanor, but they have issued a felony warrant for my arrest for not finishing a domestic violence class that was part of my sentence. I served my time and paid my fine in full already.
My question is : How can they issue a felony warrant on this case? I have always lived in the state of Oregon which is just accross the river. They can only arrest me in this state with the felony warrant. Any advice on how to reduce the warrant down to a misdemeanor would be appreciated.
