Misdemeanor-Felony Charges

What is the name of your state? Florida--My daughter was arrested one week ago Thurs. (April 28)night, she apparently got mouthy with the cops even though she wasnt the one in trouble..They arrested her for disorderly intox-resisting arrest without violence-then on the following Monday when we went to bail her out, she was in the property room and they came in and told her that she had 2 more charges put on her...This is on Monday (May 2) so she couldn't leave with us. They told us we would have to call our bondsman for 2 ($1500) bonds for 2 Battery on a LEO's... So we did call and have him to back out to the jail and post those bonds-they released her later that evening..Now she was drunk, she cant remember anything til the next day--Which was her 20th Birthday. When she got home, she looked like she was in a fight with about 10 people, she was bruised head to toe...I took a video of the bumps and bruises. In the Manatee County Clerk of Courts database she is listed once under Clinton, Chelsey for the Misdemeanors and once under Perrin, Chelsey for the Felonys. She gave that false name of Clinton, when she was under the influence..But how can they charge her with two different names,--when she was booked under CLINTON????she did not get into anymore trouble when she was in jail-her records show that it all happened the 28th of April...?? How can you be arrested under one name with 2 charges and charged 4 days later with 2 new charges with a different name???When all charges are dated 4/28/05....
