misrepresentation of age for purchase of alcohol

Hi. I was wondering if someone could help clarify Pennsylvania's laws against underage purchase of alcohol, and the use of fake id's. When I purchased alcohol while I was underage, I used a fake ID that had my real name on it. The Wine & Spirits stores have this old fake id's information on file. Can I be held responsible for misrepresentation of age that happened months ago? What is the statute of limitations for misrepresentation of age to purchase alcohol?

I think i might be paranoid that they're going to come after me after they scan my real license and find that someone else 2 years older than me living in the same area has the same exact name as me.
