Missed court Date (advice please)

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

Hi, I got a ticket last month for my seat belt in Hamilton Ohio. I was told if i paid before my court date no big deal and was done. However I didnt realize how close the date was to when i got the ticket and completley forgot about it... I was sopposed to have been in court on the 30th last month. Will I really end up getting my lisence suspended over this and will it cost more now?

They are within their rights to do so. I'd contact the court clerk, you may be able to get off with paying the fine and some late fees.
