What is the name of your state?
California

If the police do not state all the facts as they actually occured, can this case be dismissed or evidence suppressed?

The report states I was searched only one time. I was searched two times.

The report is not evidence. Testimony at trial is.

The answer to your question is: no. The question is not going to be how many times you were searched, but whether the search was lawful.
