Motion for dismissal, petition for time served

OHIO: I am trying to find out if it is possible to get an eleven year old fugitive of justice warrant out of Ohio dismissed? I was on probabtion in 1997 and I fled the state. I only had a maximum of 8 years to do on my sentence in Ohio. I ended up a total of 10 years in Texas. Is there anyway to file for time served due to the time I served in Texas? If so, how do I go about the process?
