Motion To Suppress evidence

undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Ohio. How long does a judge legally have to render a decision on a 'motion to suppress' evidence? A woman that I met who is presently incarcerated, appeared in front of a judge on April 15th of this year, and has still not heard a word on his decision. Her attorney believes that the court will throw out her case, but she has a public defender and cannot get alot of information from him.
Thanks!!

Dayton. This girl has been incarcerated since Oct-Nov of 2003. She is not getting any information from anyone. From the sounds of her case, it would seem that her arrest and the way the police handled it was all wrong.

Well I don't know what to say I've been fighting a case as well since Dec 2003 an I'm still waiting to hear the results in my "Motion to Suppress" Every time I go to court it just gets continued I've been telling my attorney to lets get this over with. I am a repeated offender I've been to prison 4 times now my case has to deal with 2 accounts of a F-3 an I've already been offered a plea to No Jail Time so now I'm taking it to the box (Trial)
