My Rights

Does the judge have the right to tell me im not aloud to see my frincee? we were areest on Aug 16 2001 one when a cop came looken throw his window? The reason he was there to serve me civel paper. I didn't even live there.Do the have a right to do that?The said we all were smoken marijania so the got a warrent and busted us all with possession charges.They never pissed test us, they don't have profie we were smoken. Can i cop look there his window?Can they charge 4 people for possession?When one person plead guilty to it.Nobody had marijania on us
