"Natives" in 'White" justice system

What is the name of your state? Montana
I am a co/defendant in a tampering with evidence with my husband. Which stems from a an accident my husband was involved in. It was declared an accident. however he didn't come forward and was arrested a month later. When I was arrested I told the police I had tampered with the evidence. When they arested my husband they led him to believe I had said we both washed the car and then say don't make things any harder on yourself and tell the truth,we've already spoke to your wife. So my husband just agrees for his own sake. questions are in the court documents it also states that I said it was all his fault and a couple of other lies about what I said. Ihave the tape of my interview which proves I never said what they say I did. Not only did they put my marriage in jeopardy they risked my life as i was threatened after I got out of jail. We live on a reservation and our friends and family thought I betrayed him. My husband is going to trial and I am the only witness. Myself I am looking at 10 years 8 suspended for my first felony and they want me to pay for half of the funeral expenses when I wasn't even there when the accident happened. Is it legal for court documents to have lies in them e.g.search warrants, arrest warrants, charges against us?What is the name of your state?

There is NO statute that prohibits "lies" from being in any court document. However, there may be some violation of the person who made the statements was under oath and made the lies. However, it is far more likely that the "lies" as you call them are simply differences of opinion or errors. If you have proof of the "lies" in your tape, have your attorney present that evidence in court.
Your claims of these "lies" fall on deaf ears on this forum.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Half of the funeral expenses? Did your husband do a *Hit and Run* and kill someone?

It is our unanimous opinion that you are damn right and it should be obvious to any moron that your (ex) (SO’s ex) (boss) (landlord) (local police) should be immediately (jailed) (fired) (reprimanded) (arrested) (demoted) (shot) (evicted).
In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

You Rock,
Love,
Us
