Need advice fast!!!!

What is the name of your state?West Virginia
I told a police officer that I was my sister because I have no operator licence. He gave me a ticket in my sisters name and now they know it wasn't her and that it was me. I'm in desperate need of any advice on what I could be charged with and the possible penalty for my stupidity.
