My nephew is on probation in Ok for dui. He recently tested positive for pot during drug test. His PO told him he would have to start counseling.
He came to Texas about a week ago and got arrested for dui here in Tx. He did not tell PO about coming down here. Tx will be filing charges this week for their dui.
He doesn't know what to do or who to talk to. I posted bail here in Tx. Does anyone have any idea where to start?
