need help

What is the name of your state?FL I have a post before however do I did to post before on the same subject my question is my faince' is in prison in Florida due for release in Nov 2004 a detainer came up this month from NY back in 1992 he was picked up and held on the warrant in 1994 in florida however after 30 days Newyork said the wouldn't extradite then in 1999 he was released from prison while in for 3 and half years the warrant did come up however New york didn't extradite , Now he did 18 months for probation violation in Florida the warrant came up and there is a detainer on him do you think NY will extradite this time ? should I hire a lawyer or wait and see

that is the longest sentence I have read on these boards this year. unfortunately it doesnt make much sense. try it again.
