Exclamation

Need some advice

What is the name of your state? ohio

my daughter was charged with a felony 2 and 3 although she was just in the car at the time the crime took place and didnt know a crime was gonna take place. she was in the car with her ex and his brother. she was 8 months pregnent with the exes baby but she had left him because he had been beating on her and was staying with me. he had been calling her from time to time to help him find someplace to stay and when she would say no he would threaten to beat her younger brothers butts when he caught them outside or do something to me or my car. my daughter did try telling his parole officer all the illeagal stuff this guy was doing but the parole officer did nothing and when she filed charges on him for beating her and pushing her down a flight of steps the proscuter acted like my daughter had commited the crime and said they would call her if charges were filed well they never called so she didnt know what else to do when he would threaten her but to do what he says mind you she was 8 months pregnent during this time.well him and his brother picked her up one day and stopped at one of his friends and got a phone number for someone that the ex could buy weed from. he had my daughter call the dude who my daughter ended up knowing the guy from school to arrange to buy the weed from. when they got to the guys house he got in the car and as they were about to make the deal the brother punched dude in the head and started taking his money from him and the ex took off driving the car with them all in it. my daughter started screaming and crying and the ex punched her in her mouth and told her to shut up. then they dropped the guy off and my daughter at home. about 2 weeks later the cops came to our home to speak with my daughter then they asked her to come down to the station for questioning the next day which she did and cooperated fully. they said she may or may not be indicted in this. well last week she got the indictment papers and has to go to an arraignment next week. our question is will she be arrested at this arraignment ? she has no priors and did cooperate fully with the authorities and is even willing to testify aganist the other 2 in court. and if she is arrested how much ballpark would bail be? ty in advance
